I just felt she went to far with several of the charactors and the end result was the book was spread out all over the place. It's amazing how they functioned for the last 7 years since Angelina died.
I couldn't wait for the next book to come out. Therefore I was sadly disappointed in this book.
I have read every book in this series and greatly enjoyed them. It was like the entire company had suddenly become so disfuntional they couldn't even work together.
To me it was a total departure from the author's usual style of writting. Instead of one or two main issues or problems, she had every single charactor have a major meltdown.
How do you recover from the chaos created in this book and suddenly move forward. I purchased the next book prior to reading this, so I have just started reading it hoping she has gone back to her past style of writing.
i own quite a bit of suzanne brockmann's books and i love this one just as much as the other ones
Great Deal - book in perfect condition and esp. pleased that I received the book within a couple of days.
Suzanne Brockmann's "Troubleshooters" is one of my all time favorite series. These books are action packed and you can't help but fall in love with all the characters. These are keepers you'll want to reread.
Even the name bugs me. I was really surprised to see Murphy have his own book at all, let alone so soon after Angelina's death, but that's OK, b/c I wasn't all that interested in him or Hannah. But I flew through this book. I was just in it for the progression of the series and more "face" time with my favorite characters from past books. I wasn't thrilled to see more Tess and Nash, as I've never liked their pairing and frankly can't stand Tess. I love this Troubleshooters series so much that it's getting to be a little weird. I pretty much think about the characters all the time, like they're real people or something.
